We are authorised under the Competent Persons Scheme to certify our work for Compliance with Part P building Regs and for submission of notifiable works to local Building Control on your behalf.

We are also able to carry on EICR's (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) which are required by Landlords and recommended for anyone buying a new (old) home as it highlights any areas of concern regarding the status and safety  of the electrics in the property.
